 Which kinds of payment methods do you use?

We take cheque, bacs and card payments.

 Will my vehicle be insured while it is being transported?

Yes, we are fully insured to transport customer vehicles.

 Will you deliver my vehicle to an address of my choice?

Yes.

 When will I be able to collect my vehicle from your yard?

Our yard is open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm and Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm. Vehicles can be collected within these times.

 What information do you require when I place my order?

We require your name and phone number. The make, model, registration number or chassis number, the name and full postal address of the collection and delivery points and contact numbers. We also need to know if the vehicle starts and drives as we do not transport non-runners.

 Is it only car auction sites that you collect vehicles from?

No. We collect vehicles from private addresses, dealerships etc as required.

 How soon will my vehicle be collected once I place an order?

We aim to collect all vehicles within a week. However, there may be some occasions where collections may take slightly longer.

 Can I get a quotation for collection of my vehicle?

 How much will it cost to collect and deliver a vehicle?

Prices vary as it will depend on the size of the vehicle and where it is collected from and delivered to.

 Can we provide covered transport?

No.

 Do we deliver overseas?

We only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
